On this 1.5 km circular family trail with ten experience stops, you will accompany the lively mountain creature Olperl through his world – and discover the nature of the Dolomites with all your senses.
Starting right at the Monte Elmo top station, this family-friendly circular trail takes young and old alike on a journey of discovery through Olperl's Nature Park. Stroller-friendly and easy to walk.

Barefoot path

Did you know? You can tackle the entire circular trail barefoot. Running alongside the path is a specially built barefoot trail – variety for young and old alike. Here you feel the mountain right beneath your soles: cool pebbles, warm wood, soft moss, smooth bark – all natural materials, just as you find them up here. Every surface feels different. At the start of the circular trail, right next to the Helmhotel, you'll find a shoe depot.

Relaxzone

Small mountain lakes with loungers and climbing trees invite you to take a break along the circular trail. Cool off, play, put your feet up, take a deep breath – with views of the Dolomite peaks.
