Weekly programme in summer

In just seven days, you can experience the full diversity of the mountains – thanks to the weekly programme of the 3 Zinnen Dolomites region. With our hand-picked activities, you can see and do something new every day on the region’s adventure mountains.

Throughout the summer, carefully curated highlights await sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and families. Even better: Some of the experiences are available as gift vouchers, perfect for surprising loved ones on special occasions!

Tuesday: Alpaca walk

Join our alpacas for a leisurely walk on Monte Elmo. Starting from the Reinhold Messner Haus, you’ll set off together with these friendly companions on a one-hour walk through the breathtaking landscape of the Dolomites - a truly special experience for all who love animals and nature.

The alpaca walk is free of charge and no registration is required.

Daily: Tandemfly Paragliding 

Experience an unforgettable tandem paragliding flight above the spectacular Dolomites of Sesto. Paragliding has never been so easy, safe and exciting – enjoy the feeling of pure freedom and discover the mountains from a completely new perspective.

Tuesday: Sunrise hike 

The mountains are calling – bright and early! Set off on a guided sunrise hike to the summit of Monte Elmo and watch the Dolomites glow in the morning light. Prefer two wheels? Join the Giro Bike Tour and explore the region’s most scenic trails with an experienced guide.

Wednesday: Funbob by Night with Mountain Hut Evening

On Wednesday evening, you can enjoy a very special adventure: summer tobogganing under starry skies. After your Funbob by Night experience, we suggest you unwind at a cosy mountain hut evening with delicious regional dishes.

Thursday: yak feeding

Majestic, calm and impressive - Reinhold Messner’s yaks are true highlights on the Monte Elmo. If you’d like to experience these fascinating animals up close, don’t miss the feeding at 2:00 p.m. at the Reinhold Messner Haus. It’s a wonderful experience for animal lovers, nature enthusiasts and anyone who appreciates unique encounters.

The yak feeding is free of charge and no registration is required.

Thursday: Open Air Museum

On a guided hike through the open-air museum, you will learn more about the eventful history of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. Exciting, educational and with an extra portion of panoramic views!

Friday: Gigante Baranci Kids Party and  ‘Sunset Aperitivo’

On Fridays, the mountains belong to the little ones! At the Gigante Baranci Kids Party, young adventurers can enjoy fun and games on the region’s family mountain. Grown-ups can unwind at the Sunset Aperitivo on Monte Elmo while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding Dolomites. At the Proseccheria in the Helmrestaurant | Ristorante Monte Elmo, the perfect sundowner awaits you at 2,050 meters - best enjoyed with a chilled glass of Prosecco.

Saturday: Giro Bike Tour

The Giro Bike Tour returns for another round of action, nature and jaw-dropping trails. Make sure not to miss this incredible experience!

A picture-perfect Sunday morning: Sit back and indulge in the 3 Zinnen Brunch at Ristorante Monte Elmo. Surrounded by the majestic Dolomites, it’s the ideal finale to a week full of unforgettable moments.
