A whole day on the slopes still isn’t enough for you? In the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski resort, there’s no need to take off your skis when the sun sets. On the contrary: For some, the real snow fun is only just beginning when night skiing at Monte Baranci starts!

Night skiing at Monte Baranci
Turning night into day on the slopes? That’s easy in the 3 Zinnen Dolomites region. Twice a week, after the daily skiing ends, the snowcats at Baranci head back out to groom the slopes for the evening crowd.
This means that every Tuesday and Friday from 7:00 p.m., you can enjoy the alpine snow by night – illuminated by the stars and World Cup-standard floodlights.
A night tobogganing extravaganza
Are you looking to end your family ski day in a special way? Night tobogganing on Monte Baranci is a magical experience for snow lovers of all ages. Equipped with a headlamp and a sense of adventure, winter sports enthusiasts of all ages can speed down the three-kilometre toboggan run into the valley.
To make sure the whole family is well-fuelled for the ride, we recommend a stop at the Rifugio Gigante Baranci hut. During night skiing and tobogganing, you can enjoy a tasty mix of Mediterranean dishes and South Tyrolean specialities there.
Skiing & tobogganing by night: the facts
- When: 27 December 2024 to 14 March 2025
Every Tuesday & Friday, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Where: at Monte Baranci in Innichen
- Access: with a valid lift ticket or multi-day ticket for at least 4 days (NB: Day passes are not valid!)
