In our mission statement, we have summarised our efforts, focusing on occupational safety, health and environmental protection – because sustainability is a matter of course for us.

As a service-oriented company, we care not only about the well-being of our guests but also about the safety of our employees and the protection of the environment. We listen closely to what our guests want, focus on thoughtful management and foster open communication. Our dedicated Energy & Environmental, Health & Safety department carries out regular internal checks to ensure we stay on track – proactive, up to date and systematic.
Our code of conduct
Since 2016, 3 Zinnen AG has been implementing its own organisational, management and control model in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. This measure aims to protect the company – and therefore its jobs – in a sustainable manner. The model defines a clearly structured system of internal processes and controls to actively prevent criminal acts as specified in the decree. It also ensures that all employees are aligned with the company’s objectives and carry out their responsibilities properly and responsibly.
A key element is the Ethical and Conduct Code, which ensures that all business activities of 3 Zinnen AG are carried out ethically, sustainably and in accordance with social and fundamental principles.
