An exciting hike through the remote Altensteintal valley past the Three Peaks (Drei Zinnen) with a view of the Zwölferkofel and Einser. There could barely be a more stunning hike.
ATTENTION: Construction work is currently taking place on the path no. 101 in the section from Rif. Pian di Cengia to Rif. Locatelli. It is therefore recommended to bypass this section. This can be done via hiking trail no. 104 in the direction of Rif. Lavaredo or via the via ferrata to Monte Paterno.

Directions
From Fischleinboden you fi rst head to the end of the valley and continue via the Bacherntal valley (No. 103) to the Zsigmondyhütte hut. The view of the Zwölferkofel mountain will be one of the many highlights. Now continue, always following signpost no. 101 to the Büllelejochhütte hut and on to the Büllelejoch. From there, you follow the path, quite steeply at fi rst, on to the north side of the Paternkofel mountain on a narrow path above the Bödenseen lakes to the Drei Zinnen Hütte hut. The descent is on hiking trail no. 102 via the Altensteintal valley back to the starting point.
Tip: You still have some energy left? Then we recommend a
detour from the Büllelejochhütte hut up to the summit of the
Oberbachernspitze mountain (+1,5h).
