Alpine guide Strobl Luis - Basic-climbing training & via ferrata
We will have fun learning how to take our first steps on rock. We will practise knots, rope manoeuvres, belaying techniques on rock and via ferrata, advice on nutrition and the right behaviour in dangerous situations.
