The circular hike starts at the volunteer fire department building in the center of Niederdorf. From here, the well-marked hiking trail No. 46 leads you through a picturesque landscape, accompanied by meadows, forests, and the soothing sounds of nature.
Follow the path to the historic Sinna Mihle, an old mill that still recalls the past life and work in the Puster Valley. At this charming spot, turn right onto Lanaweg, which leads you on a flat section for about 1.5 kilometers towards Toblach.
Here you can enjoy the calm, almost meditative atmosphere of the surroundings – far from the hustle and bustle, accompanied only by the rustling of leaves and the chirping of birds.
The return path leads you across the idyllic Langwiesn – wide, green meadows with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains – back to Niederdorf. At the end, the circle closes and you reach your starting point at the volunteer fire department.
This easy but varied hike is ideal for experiencing the region's landscape diversity and quiet beauty in a short time.
