The circular hike in the quiet north of Toblach passes the Silvesteralm, the Steinbergalm and the Bonnerhütte. The Bonnerhütte is the highest point of the hike and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding Dolomite peaks.
- Round trip
The hike starts at the "Schnegger Säge" in the Silvester valley. Trail No. 1 leads straight ahead through the forest, slightly ascending, up to the Silvesteralm. Keep going straight past the Silvesteralm, the path continues to the Steinbergalm. To the left of this alm, the circular hike ascends via the laid-out Wildbachsteig with No. 5, past a fountain, up to the forest edge. There you get the first wonderful view of the surrounding Dolomites. Below the Pfannhorn, the trail gently ascends to the Bonnerhütte. The descent takes place via trail No. 25 A. This narrow path leads relatively flat to the "Pfanntörl" and from there downhill, past the Bergalm, to Kandellen. After the chapel, a path leads left across fields into the Silvester valley and then gently uphill back to the starting point.
