The Sexten circular route can be started anywhere in Sexten. A short but very beautiful hike, ideal for exploring the Sexten valley and gaining a very good first impression. The entire route is marked with the number 1. The Sexten circular route passes by farms, over meadows, and through dense coniferous forests. Mostly on narrow forest paths, but occasionally also on wide forest roads. Along the way, stations invite you to rest and explore.

Directions
The entire route is marked with the number 1! From Moos, the path leads uphill to the right, toward the mountain hotel, right over the bridge, and then at the Bruggerlift turn right, where there is a small narrow path along the forest edge up to the forest road to Nemensalm. We follow this path for a short distance and then turn right again into the first forest road, past a beekeeping stand and a solitary farm through a short forest section, and after a change of direction, reach the Signaue and the Hennstoll hut. This coincides with the path that leads to Kreuzberg Pass. From here, turn right over the bridge and back to the eastern edge of Moos, crossing Kreuzbergstraße and continuing into the Fischlein valley to the valley station of the Rotwandwiesen cable car. Here, a short section follows the 102 path into Fischlein valley, then turn right at the signpost to reach the upper meadow path. Follow this path downstream in a westerly direction to the Haideck fortress, which was completely destroyed in World War I and now only remnants remain. Continue gently downhill until a small forest path leads further downstream to Sexten in a sharp left curve. There, we cross the main road, change to the other side of the valley, and reach the Kiniger farms on a hill on the Helm side of the Sexten valley. Between these two farms, the path runs slightly above along the edge of the meadow back to Moos. In other words, it is a small but fine circular tour to explore the Sexten valley and a wonderful walk also possible in sections.
