Directions
The hiking trail starts in Moos and leads uphill via the Helmweg to the Berggasthaus Froneben (1540 m). From there, it continues via trail no. 139 across the "Obere Oltl" high moor to the junction with trail no. 13. This path leads through dense spruce forests along the gorge of the Sextner Bach stream. At the fork in the path, near a tall wayside cross, keep left until you reach the Klammbachalm hut (1944 m). The view is magnificent and the landscape is unique. The return journey follows trail no. 13 directly from the Klammbachalm via the Egge to the Helmhanghütte hut (1605 m). From there, the route continues via the Trojerhöfe (trail no. 3a) back to Moos.
