If your legs are not yet tired and you are not yet completely exhausted, it is worth extending the tour and continuing into the Prags Valley at Niederdorf.
Directions
Of course, the tour can be started and finished in any village of the 3 Zinnen Dolomites holiday region. This description starts in Sexten. The tour begins at the Bike Academy Infopoint directly at the Helmjet Sexten valley station. The cycle path leads out to the neighboring village of Innichen. After cycling across the village, the ascent to the Innichberg starts on the opposite side of the valley. From there, it continues to the Lachwiesenhütte hut and down to Silvesterplatz. The view of the Dolomites invites you to take a break on the sunny side of Toblach. Later, the Silvester valley leads towards the valley, past the Enzianhütte and on to Frondeigen. The Eggerberg connects Toblach and Niederdorf. Continue with little effort along the asphalt road to Niederdorf and on the cycle path to Innichen and back to Sexten.
