Theme path: Mountain station Helmjet Sexten – Jägerhütte hut – Gasthof Waldruhe - Sexten

Starting from the mountain station of the Helmjet Sexten gondola, hike downhill along the "Fabelweg" (path no. 4), passing the Jägerhütte hut (1802 m) to Gasthof Waldruhe (1580 m). From there, you can take a leisurely walk into the center of Sexten via the quiet roads of Außerberg and Mitterberg. Alternatively, hike from Gasthof Waldruhe along the asphalt road to the Egarterhof farm and from there across meadow paths to the Gols and Hösler farms. From there, a wide path leads along the Golsbachl stream into the center of Sexten. 

Line 446, bus stop Sexten Helm;  alternatively, during the high  season, also line  440.

Coming from the Pustertal valley, turn into the Sexten valley in Innichen. If arriving from the Kreuzberg pass, follow the main road until you reach Sexten. Take the cable car Helmjet Sexten
