Themed path: Meditation Trail and Fairy tale Trail

The Besinnungsweg (meditation path) with 14 stations leads from Sexten's parish church to the Waldkapelle (1552 m). Starting from the church, the biblical path begins, marked with trail numbers 5 and 4B. It leads past stations of the Cross to the Höslerhöfe farms and then via field path 4B to the Ladstätterhof farm. From here, the route goes through forests and meadows until the Waldkapelle is reached. From the chapel, a wide forest path leads via the "Fabelweg" (fairytale path) up to the Jägerhütte hut. From there, you can continue to the mountain station of Helmjet Sexten, or walk back to the center via the Wetzwiesen and the Außerberg. The duration given is for the outward and return journeys.

Coming from the Pustertal valley, turn into the Sexten valley in Innichen. If arriving from the Kreuzberg pass, follow the main road until you reach Sexten.
