Trailrunning: Moos – Signaue - Polmstott - Moos

The trail running route starts in Moos (1346 m), directly opposite the Hotel Rainer, and leads uphill towards Signaue (trail no. 1). Along the way, you pass the two huts Hennstoll (1450 m) and Zin Fux (1474 m). Shortly after, turn left towards the Unter Oltl farm (trail no. 13A). Continue back in the direction of Moos and, after about 50 meters on a forest road, turn right onto the woodland trail no. 1. This leads to the Brugger ski lift, from where you can easily return to Moos along the asphalt road. The duration given is for the outward and return journeys.

Coming from the Pustertal valley, turn off at Innichen into the Sexten valley. Coming from the Kreuzberg pass, follow the main road to Moos. Start anywhere in the centre of Moos.
Parking is available in the center of Moos (limited time).
