This roundtrack offers a beatiful view over Dobbiaco/Toblach and the Valle di Landro/Höhlensteintal.
(Be careful: Some sections could be icy!)

Directions

The circular hike starts in Mellaten/Melate and leads along path no. 7A, past the Ratsberg/Monte Rota, to Stadlern/Fienili. From there, winter hiking trail no. 60 leads uphill to Frondeigen/Franadega. A little further north from the outward path, the return path, still with number 60, leads back to Mellaten in the middle of the forest.

ATTENTION: From Frondeigen you need snowshoes if there is a lot of snow, as this section will not be cleared.
