The 3 Zinnen Dolomites lift systems and the Innichen Tourist Board are organizing this edition of the Dolomiti Gourmet Festival. From 1 to 3 October 2026, the 3 Zinnen Dolomites region will become the stage for a culinary spectacle of the highest quality.

In an intimate setting with a maximum of 60 guests, we invite you to a very special gourmet event shaped by the creativity of three outstanding chefs: host Markus Holzer, Chris Oberhammer*, and Claudio Melis will join forces to create a menu that unites flavour, creativity, and true craftsmanship.
