Museum Bellum Aquilarum - Exhibition "Traces of historyof"

The exhibition “Traces of History”, located in the former elementary school of Sexten, vividly highlights the turbulent period of the First World War in Sexten. As the only German-speaking village directly on the front line, Sexten experienced evacuation, flight, and profound changes. The exhibition reveals the fate of civilians and soldiers and recalls the traces of the war that still shape the region today.

Arrival

By car or public transport, you can reach Sexten either via the SS49 coming from Innichen or via the SS48 coming from Padola over the Kreuzberg Pass.
