Summer hike - Plätzwiese parking lot - Strudelkopf

You start from the parking lot to the mountain inn Plätzwiese and continue on the road to the Dürrensteinhütte No. 37. From there, the hike begins on path No. 34 to the left towards Strudelkopf. At the saddle height (2,200 m), turn right to the Strudelkopf. Upon reaching the summit cross, also called the Heimkehrer cross, you enjoy a fantastic view of the Tofane, Monte Cristallo, and the Drei Zinnen along with the rest of the Dolomites. This easy hike is excellent for families with children or elderly people.
