On Saturday, July 4th, 2026, the idyllic spa park of Villabassa will transform into a vibrant oasis of health and well-being! Under the motto “Natural. Healthy. In Balance.” we warmly invite you to dive into the soothing world of the Kneipp philosophy.
From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, an inspiring program awaits you, centered around the five pillars of Sebastian Kneipp – water, exercise, nutrition, medicinal herbs and lifestyle balance – presented by experienced Kneipp experts such as Anna Lerchner, Waltraud Auer, Natascha Cosso Kristler and Maria Theresia Mairhofer. Join in meditation sessions, herbal workshops or yoga – and discover new inspiration for your well-being.

- Cooking show with the South Tyrolean Society for Health Promotion
- From old to new: creating mini gardens
- Craft and farmers’ market with regional products and unique handmade items
- Culinary delights: healthy Kneipp weekend in participating establishments
- 🧭 Orienteering in the park: discover nature in an active way! Equipped with a map and small challenges, you will explore the park on an exciting orienteering route. Playfully train your awareness, enjoy movement in nature and experience the surroundings from a new perspective – perfect for all ages.
Already on Friday, July 3rd at 8:00 PM, an inspiring lecture by Gottfried Hochgruber at the Raiffeisen Cultural Hall will set the tone for the weekend:

Route
You can use public transport to get to the Via Kohler stop. From there follow the road in the direction of the Kurpark. Over the two bridges you follow the path in the direction of the Kneipp facility (3 minutes on foot).For drivers, there is a paid parking lot directly at the east entrance of the Kurpark.
