Mountain Tasting

Saturday, 3 October 2026 | 11:00 am | Location: Versciaco, Helm Mountain Station

For the grand finale of the gourmet weekend, this year the mountain itself takes center stage – high up on the Helm. Amidst the breathtaking alpine scenery, wood-fired stoves create an authentic atmosphere where tradition and creativity come together. Guest chefs and resident chefs will focus on alpine cuisine, bringing traditional mountain recipes back to life – authentic, regional, and with a contemporary touch.

At various cooking stations, classic mountain dishes are prepared fresh and reinterpreted. The emphasis is on simple, honest ingredients and traditional preparation methods that have been preserved for generations in alpine huts and farm kitchens. Guests are invited to watch the chefs at work, chat with them, and taste the dishes on site. The culinary experience is complemented by selected winemakers, who will personally present their wines, creating perfectly harmonious moments of alpine enjoyment.
