Description

The cattle return from the alpine pastures to the valley and Sesto celebrates! The cows in particular are elaborately decorated on their return from the alpine pastures: the leading cow and the cows that follow her wear wreaths decorated with sayings, images of saints and elaborate embroidery. The Almabtrieb is combined with a festival to celebrate the safe return of the animals.

- Festival begins at 11:00 a.m.
- Parade starts in Moos at 12:00 p.m. - (Liener Stall, sports facilities, Haus Sexten)
- Performance by the Heinfels band in the Haus Sexten pavilion from 12:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Performance by the group ‘Wio und di oane’ from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
